Metal comrades Lamb of God and Killswitch Engage are teaming up for a North American tour, which lands Thursday, Nov. 14 at the Shaw Conference Centre. Tickets are $43.50 plus service charges via Ticketfly. On sale: Friday, July 20.
Testament and Huntress are the opening acts.
The announcement comes almost a year after Lamb of God was forced to cancel its Edmonton show and entire 2012 tour because frontman Randy Blythe was detained in a Czech Republic jail.
He had been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in the death of a 19-year-old fan at a Lamb of God show. In 2010, Blythe pushed the fan off stage, who then hit his head and died of a brain hemmorhage two weeks later.
The singer was freed on bail last August and was found not guilty by a Prague court earlier this year. A state prosecutor appealed, but a High Court upheld the decision in June.
